Clear, practical guidelines for using NoID Exchange's non-custodial cryptocurrency swap protocol.
01. Non-Custodial Protocol
NoID Exchange operates strictly as an automated, non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange protocol. We do not maintain user balances, offer fiat bank deposits, or custody user assets. When you initiate an exchange, you transfer funds directly to an ephemeral, programmatically generated on-chain deposit address. Once your transaction is confirmed on the respective blockchain network, our system automatically routes the converted funds to your designated destination address.
💡 Key Principle: You retain complete ownership and control of your private keys and digital assets at all times until your transaction is broadcast to the blockchain.
02. Zero Registration & Anonymous Usage
We believe in financial privacy and open access. Using NoID Exchange does not require creating an account, registering an email, submitting identity documents, or undergoing intrusive verification checks. You interact with our service purely on an order-by-order basis.
Because there are no user accounts, you are responsible for bookmarking your dynamic order tracking link (e.g. https://noid.exchange/order/XYZ123) or saving your 6-character Order ID for reference.
03. Exchange Rates & Fee Structure
NoID Exchange offers two transparent pricing models:
- Floating Rate (0.5% service fee): The estimated exchange rate is based on live order-book depth across top liquidity pools. The final settlement rate is calculated at the exact moment your deposit receives its required network confirmation. This model is ideal for fast settlement and minimal platform fee.
- Fixed Rate (1.0% service fee): The exchange rate displayed on your order creation screen is guaranteed and frozen for a 30-minute window, insulating you from market volatility while your deposit confirms.
Blockchain network mining/gas fees required to broadcast the outgoing payout transaction are covered transparently within the exchange quote.
04. Destination Addresses & Network Tags
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the destination wallet address you provide is accurate and compatible with the specific blockchain network selected (e.g., ensuring an ERC20 address is not provided for a TRC20 transfer).
For cryptocurrencies that require a Destination Tag, Memo, or Payment ID (such as Ripple XRP, Stellar XLM, or Toncoin TON), you must verify whether your recipient wallet or exchange requires this identifier. Providing an incorrect or missing memo may delay settlement.
05. Order Expiration & Refund Procedures
Each exchange order remains active for a 30-minute deposit window. If you send funds after the 30-minute expiration or send an amount below the required minimum ($35.00 USD equivalent), our automated engine flags the deposit for safety.
In the event of an expired, underpaid, or disputed transaction, our 24/7 Support Desk will assist you in either executing the exchange at the current market rate or issuing a refund back to your originating wallet address, less standard blockchain network broadcast fees.
06. Protocol Integrity & Availability
While we maintain a 99.98% gateway uptime and employ enterprise-grade DDoS mitigation, blockchain network congestion or sudden hard forks may occasionally introduce confirmation delays beyond our direct control. NoID Exchange provides real-time progress indicators on every order page so you can track your transaction status step-by-step.
