How NoID Exchange protects your digital footprint: zero accounts, no behavioral trackers, and minimal ephemeral data retention.
01. Our Fundamental Privacy Stance
At NoID Exchange, privacy is not a marketing feature — it is the core foundation of our architecture. We believe financial transactions between individuals should be as private, direct, and unencumbered as exchanging physical currency.
We do not collect names, government IDs, telephone numbers, browser fingerprints, or financial credentials. You can access and perform exchanges across 20+ blockchains without ever creating an account.
02. Information We Handle During an Order
To execute an automated cryptocurrency swap, our engine only processes the bare technical parameters required by the blockchain network:
- Source & Destination Currency: The asset pair selected (e.g. BTC → XMR).
- Deposit & Destination Addresses: The on-chain cryptographic public addresses needed to receive your deposit and disburse your swapped payout.
- Transaction Amounts & Hashes: The numerical volume and blockchain transaction identifiers (TXIDs) necessary to verify block confirmations.
- Optional Support Data: If you open a ticket on our Support Desk, an optional email or 4-digit PIN is processed strictly to allow you to read customer service responses.
03. Ephemeral Data Lifecycle & Log Retention
Order metadata is retained temporarily in volatile database storage solely to ensure transaction completion, handle blockchain reorgs, and resolve customer support inquiries. Once an order is completed and past the dispute resolution window, technical logs are systematically purged.

04. Cookies & Third-Party Analytics
NoID Exchange does not use third-party behavioral tracking cookies (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or commercial ad networks). We only utilize local browser storage (such as your session state) to preserve your preferences (e.g. dark mode, pinned currency selections) and render fast, reactive interface updates.
05. Network Infrastructure & Security
All communication between your device and NoID Exchange is secured via modern TLS encryption (HTTPS). IP addresses visiting our servers are processed temporarily in volatile memory buffers strictly to enforce DDoS rate-limiting rules (preventing automated server spam) and are not linked to individual cryptocurrency wallet addresses.
